Ed Sonkin grew up in Florida and attended Syracuse University. After graduating in 1991 and spending time living in both Manhattan and Long Island he made a decision and thought it was best to leave that lifestyle and move back to South Florida with his wife and 2 children. Ed moved back in the Fall of 2004 and decided to join the Real Estate industry in which he has always had a passion for. 14 years later after initially specializing in a community with primarily condominiums and townhomes, and unlike many other Real Estate executives who focus exclusively on a specific area, Ed chose to expand his business and sell luxury waterfront homes from Palm Beach to Miami. Over the years Ed has been able to cultivate relationships with clients from all over the world. Getting to know buyers and sellers to create long term relationships is the most rewarding part of his career. Now by being able to deliver cutting edge technology, creative marketing platforms, and individualized customer service Ed looks forward to an even brighter and prosperous future.
